What happens when we are no longer here? Why would we no longer be here? Will some of us still remain? What will the Earth look like then?
These are the questions that guided Ana Leonor Madeira Rodrigues during her artist-in-residence period at MAKE Eindhoven, where she developed the exhibition Maps of Earth After the End of the World.
Tom Veeger and Lex van Lith (MAKE Eindhoven) will open the exhibition with remarks on Ana Leonor Madeira Rodrigues’ connection to the city, the exhibition space, and her workspace at MAKE. Afterwards, Rodrigues will give an informal tour of the exhibition and talk about her work.

Ana Leonor Madeira Rodrigues is an artist whose practice deals with science in a conceptual and playful way. She transforms true scientific hypotheses into poetic, ironic, or plastic possibilities.
